Default clutch suggestions (searched)

Ok so i have searched, but no one really gives any good information, mostly just this ones good thats good blah blah. I want some hard evidence of why this clutch over that.

I have a daily driven 4 door Integra GSR with AEM CAI, DC 4-2-1 header, and aftermarket cat back exhaust. I was thinking of getting the 12.5lb ACT streetlite flywheel and a clutch to go with it. I want something that grabs a little harder than stock. I have taken the car drag racing and do a lot of spirited driving, so I want something to work with that. Also what presure plate to go with it also. I have found that a lot of people use the ACT xtreme presure plate. Again this is my daily driver and I have to drive it in traffic.

So far what i have gathered is:

Competition clutch over Clutchmasters
Sprung over unsprung
Stay away from Action clutchs

I want something that wont be hard on the tranny also.

an excedy or act full face street disc will give you a nice grab and still be friendly ob your legs in traffic

driving an un sprung 6-puc stage four is no fun, i did it for half a year

if you buy the clutch kit it comes with pressure plate, clutch disc, bearing and flywheell bearing. or you can just purchase the clutch disc. most people reused there pressure plate
