Default 90 different opinions from 90 different people?

Hey, I keep getting different responses from different people who know infinitely more about cars than me, and they all say different things....these are some of the things they've been saying about Toda C's etc....

1)too hard on LMA's
2)I'll have to change my timing belt ever 5k miles
3)Jun3's make equally as much hp, and are better for dragging
4)change water pump every year
etc......... then some people tell me I'll have no problems
I'm sure most of these opinions are due to TONS of personal experience, but why do everyone's opnions differ so much
