What are the City Lights on EG head lights???What do they look like and what is there purpose???

 

Their purpose is purely cosmetic. They are lights you would use at dusk/dawn, not bright enough for night, or legal.

they serve as parking lights, remeber the front turn signals in japan only blink, they dont run as parking lights

I've got some ricer eBay projectors on mine which have the "Angel-eye" or "halo" around them.

(I actually like them, regardless of what anyone thinks.)

 

Okay, so on a EG just the extra lights in the headlights are ON, during city light mode. (The amber corner lights only come ON when the blinkers are activated along with the side corners) CORRECT?????

 

City lights are the equivalant to our parking lights...

Their blinkers only Blink they never light up other than that they are single filiment bulbs.

The city lights come on when you go from off to the first position on the headlight arm

Frankly the city lights are VERY dim... and unless you have fog lights the ONLY time they'd be visible to anyone else is when you'd need to have your headlights on anyway...

The do look cool IMO though.
