Default cutting stock traction bar?!?!?

ok well i have the greddy kit and the downpipe flange is located directly in the way of the stock traction bar or w/e that thing is. well anyways in oreder to make my downpipe fit on i would have to cut the traction bar. will this be "ok" ? i realize i may loose a lil of my handling but a aftermarket traction bar is next on the list....im just lacking in funds right now lol

-thanks

not the best thing to do. since you said that you were going to get a traction bar as your next thing on the list, i'd personally notch/hammer in the middle part of the xmember where the downpipe will be. cutting the xmember will not alone weaken the xmember, but will also affect handling...or so they say...

just imo
