you have either a weak master cylinder or warped rotors.

how do you know the lines r fine?can you see inside the rubber line?i still say master cylinder. but bleed the **** out of it some more. if it doesnt work you have a bad master or line ( i think master)
a warped rotor wont make the pedal go to the floor

80 shipped for a MC/BB is a good deal, for a GSR. Not a EF one.

One way you can try out the lines is to do several Hard braking stops and then see how squishy your lines are.

I think I heard someone say before it was a good idea to replace them every 10 years or so.

If it's your MC, you can prolly just replace a leaky seal.

I had the same issue; it was the master cylinder.

Hi bc. Have you had the time to Bench Bleed your BMC? From what I understand, this must be done every time the BMC is removed/replaced, even Brand New ones. Most of the threads that deal with hydraulic problems die after the OP Bench Bleeds their BMC...

Others who have done this may be able to help you more. I'm just throwing this back out there, because you only mentioned you were planning on it...

Let us know!

Err, obviously you haven't read up much about the '90-91 EX master cylinder. It's a 15/16" piece that directly bolts up to any '92-95 Civic non-ABS booster and brake lines with no modifications or line reflaring.

fill up brake resevoir. check daily to see if the amount is the same all the time or slowly starts going down. if its going down, you have a leak. if not and you have bleed it properly then its your master cylinder, go change it. if you change your master cylinder and it still does it, your not bleeding right. problem solved.
