Default D series clutch B series motor

Is it possible? i want to take my car up to phoenix tommrow and im worried if my clutch dies at the track (because i have no money) is it possible to use the clutch off my d16z6 in my b16a (sir II)

not possible. buy a clutch off ebay. i got a b series clutch for $178: pilot bearing, throwout bearing, press. plate & friction disc.

ok i thought so
i can get a stock replacment for like 180 but i dont want to replace with stock if in going to drop my tranny.

i got a ITR clutch, pp, and tob for $90 shipped. not much life left on it, but **** it works and supposed to hold more power than a stocker b16.

If you are turbo then you are making torque and you will break the stock clutch. It is just a matter of time. The springs will pop out of the hub or the friction lining will delaminate. Stock clutches are just liabilities. I guess Honda didn't tell the clutch OEM that a bunch of their customers were going to race their cars and dump the clutch at high rpms.

I suggest you go get yourself clutch with a solid six puck.

I like Action and ACT for these applications.
