How long does it take to install a B16 in a hatch?
Cost wise I spent probably $2500 total. Thats with the motor being $2250 and new plugs, wires, water pump, timing belt and radiator hoses.

First time i did it it took me 2 days the second time 6 hours.
Make sure you make every wire with masking tape where they go or you will take an additional 2-3 hours just getting the electrical correct.
Also depending on your linkage and motor mounts to convert from a D series to a B series there could be a fitment issue so do some research and have all the right parts before you start.

Ditto, this is a very easy job. My first swap was a GSR in a coupe. Took 11 hours total until we were running up and downt the road in it. I have done quite a few for others since then and have it down to my quickest being 3 hours 45 minutes now start to finish.
