car revs at startup
i had just adjusted the tension on the timing belt and then the actuall timing, then the car sat for a couple days next time i go to turn it on it started at 3k rpm and started to grow i shut the car off emideatly what could this be, btw it is an obd-1 b16. I had just swapped it in recently, but i have started it before without it ever doing that before.
