Overheating turbo
Hey guys I just boosted my Integra and we reversed the pullarity on the slim fan we bought, hooked up the turbo, oil pan tapped, bolted it on all that crap. But sometimes when I usually drive randomly it starts to overheat. Do you think its juset my fan not pushing enough air or what?
Why would you reverse the polarity on the fan? What side of the rad did you put it on?
Check the cheapest things first.
-make sure your fan is actually coming on
-check for leaks/fluid level
-change rad fluid
-change thermostat
You running a full sized fan? Half rad?

It is a 10 inch I believe... I was going to get a civic radiator but I got a 10 in instead. I am running the radiator and the fan. Every now and then we hear the fan spooling almost louder than my turbo sometimes....so we know its working
the peak boost kit had a issue with this and they upgraded it to a 12" fan and no problems with the kit over heating... it could be its not getting enough air.. like above check other things such as your thermestat and such!
i have the ss auto chrome kit and went to 92-95 civic rad and had to tilt it towards the motor for clearance and im runnin stck fan just on other side of rad and have no prob. but i did put a half bottle of this stuff called D.E.I rad releaf and its supposed to reduce heat about 30 degrees cooler so try this
