I don't own a d16z6 but I would use the stock 88-91 civic/crx Si intake. The stock d16z6 intake will run through the stock battery location while the stock 88-91 intake will run around the stock battery location.

I am not sure what intake is on my Z6. Mine goes behind the battery next to the fender.

You can't use a '92+ Civic intake unless you relocate the battery.

I can. My CAI is from ebay and specifically the '88-'91 Si.

Guaranteed to pass is a complete rip-off.

It's got a stipulation on the bottle that says it's *ONLY* guaranteed if all emissions devices are properly functioning on the vehicle in question.

Well that's stupid. If all the emissions devices were "properly" functioning, then I'm willing to speculate that nearly no person would need to use a Guaranteed to pass type of additive!

Everything you have is CARB approved, except that high flow cat. Just replace that cat. Back to the original question, I have a z6 and you can use your stock intake if you want, the throttle body for the z6 is bigger...so it kind of hard to stick on just use some muscle.
