You mean, we're speaking with the voice of experience?

Dont get upset because its not what you want to hear. You've done the equivalent of putting a 16 year old in a Viper. In all honesty I hope you keep it shiny side up and enjoy the bike - but most people end up dropping their first bike within the first few months whether its a 250 or a 'busa - and having tons of HP often gets you into situations that you are not prepared to deal with and you end up going down.

i'll admit, it's kinda skeptical. Be careful, the bike is powerful.

My cousin started on an '01 R1. he's 38 and he bought it about 3 months ago and has put about 4k miles on it. Never downed and he's a very responsible rider.

you have a STEEP learning curve in front of you, respect the bike.
