Kinda OT: Why do all Honda's & Acura's Have High Offsets
As title asks, why do all Honda's and Acura's have such high wheel offsets as compared to their European counterparts?
Is there a technical advantage or limitation behind it?

A high offset actually means you will have a narrower track.

In general, yes.. But not necessarily. It all depends on the design of the suspension/brake geometry and the way the chassis is engineered.
Ask honda

Better packaging design (less room wasted), by putting the brake components and hubs inside the wheels. Leaves more room between the wheels for stuff like engines, etc.
