Default D16Y8 in Si hatch NOT starting???

well this past saturday i was helping a friend work on his car we had to run to auto zone to get a part for his car then we get back. my car was running fine all day well after we get done with his car i got to get in my car and it was start. it doesn't even turn over. so i got to messin around then tryed to start it again and then i try to start it again well all the starter is doing is just clicking, so i thought maybe my starter is going bad. so i go buy a new starter put it in, and NOTHING happends. so i take it out bring it back to auto zone and they tell me its bad. well i get a used starter from a friend of mine and try it, so iu put it in and turn the key, the motor hardley wants to turn over. so i put my battery one the charger and it has a full charge so then i hook my battery back up and put the battery charger back on with the car hooked up and it still does the same thing, it hardley wants to turn over. so then i try to jump start it SAME THING. well then try to roll start and it does. but it sounds really bad, has a really bad miss..... this is all i could come up with if any one can help please do if you need any more info just Post or IM me.

The list of mods are......

1990 Si Hatchback
1997 D16Y8 (sohc v-tec)
JDM PR3 v-tec ecu (still obd-0)

if you can help or need any more info on the subject PLEASE POST OR IM me. Thanks

UPDATE! i went and got a new battery, so now its turning over but still not starting. so i took out the spark plug wires one at a time and stuck a scruedriver up each wire and held it to a ground as someone turned the key for me. so i'm guessing i'm not gett any spark, Right cause i'm not seeing any spark

any insite on this????
