my seatbelts on my passengerside will not come out any suggestions?

 

Try working the belt in & out. There's something like a ratchet that might release if you can let some slack back into the reel. Also, make the car level; there's a little pendulum in the reel that locks up the belt with heavy braking or cornering.

If that stuff doesn't work, call the dealer. I believe seatbelts are warrantied for life.

 

Anything to do with seat belts, buckles is warrantied for life form honda unless the was vehicle was in an accident or if a dog or something else chews the belt up.
