I hope you plan on upgrading your valvetrain as well... to be on the safe side.

dude, you should hurry up and slap those on, the itr cams will make a you very happy, they pull extremely hard, if you've never experienced different cams in your motor before.. you don't need to upgrade valvetrain for itr cams, your stock springs can support them as long as you take it to stock rev limit only, I've taken mines to 8500, and sometimes 9000 when I used to miss shift, and still no problems.. but don't over rev too many times, you never know when it'll drop..

plus to feel the full potential you're gonna need all the basic bolt ons like i/h/e, and a good chipped ecu like a p28 or something up and above that area..

Good mod. No need to upgrade valve train if using stock ECU with stock rev limiter (8200rpm right?). But if you were shooting for more, I'd upgrade. But your really shortening the life of your valvetrain. The cam is alot more aggressive and harder on springs. I suggest an upgrade in the near future.

I had the CTR intake cam/GSR exhaust cam in my old B, loved the setup. It'll work fine on the stock vt as long as you are still using your stock rev limiter. If you want to rev higher, upgrade the springs and retainers.

That's an OBD1 ECU, OBDO would be a PR3 or PW0, chipped ECU is not needed at all unless you are getting on a dyno to tune it, if that's the case turboedit is a good program to use.
