Default Big 10 Tires Suspension

Ok heres what happened. I installed neuspeed race lowering springs on a 96 civic sedan(120k miles) with three blow, and one decent, factory strut. My ride was horrible and the camber was way off..So I put everything back to stock. I tell my mom that the struts are blown and while I'm away at FSU she took the car to big 10 tires and got new struts.

400 for the install. 400 for Gabriel Struts. (only good thing is lifetime warranty)

Well the thing Is these 'gabriel struts' ride about the same as when my struts were blown with the stock springs. I cut the bumpstops in half for the neuspeed race to improve the ride quality but does this make a difference with only half a bumpstop on a stock strut and spring?

Also I took off one of my rear rims and noticed that their wasn't any bumstop present..Should I complain to big 10.

I could of just got Konis if my mom wasn't Korean....jesus...

1. im sure your moms ethnicity has nothing to do with why why she got you new struts....

2. how could you tell you were missing the bumpstops? what happened to the dust covers?

3. cutting bumpstops won't do much for "ride quality" unless you're driving on such a bad road that you are bottoming out the shock

4. assuming you know for a fact that those bumpstops were there before you left for FSU, then yes i would go back to big 10 and talk to them about it

5. what are you trying to get out of this post?
