Default DPFI -> MPFI (automatic tranny) question

I'm swaping in a d16a6. I know I need the PS9 ecu. I've read through 3 guides, my question is, since my tranny is automatic, do I need any special wires?

I did the MPFI swap on my auto DX and love it! Anyways I used this guide:

http://www.fourthgenhatch.net/mpfi.html

This is taken from the guide:

Automatics and Exceptions
On an automatic car, pin B11 is wired to your shifter position switch, D4. Since you won’t be moving that pin, you will need an extra ECU pin. If you're using the tried and true "cut" method, put the extra pin in B12. If you're using the "switch" method, put it in the C2 position. Other than this, the rest of your conversion should be exactly the same.
