i think the USDM and the EUDM (europ.) ITRs have the same exhaust-dimensions.
the dimensions of the EUDM-ITR-exhaust-pipings are:
inner diameter 45mm
inner diameter 46,5mm
outer diameter 56,5mm , inner diameter ~54mm
header collector: inner diameter 40,5mm
