How strong should a fully built b16a1 built for turbo be, im just curious
hey yall, i wanna know exactly how strong should this motor should be cuz im building it an i have not gotten to drive it so, just needing open opions. its in a ef four door civic

Your asking if the B16A1 can handle a turbo, whilst still being reliable enough for a daily driver?
Ive seen heaps of B16 engines turbo'd and never heard of problems related to the turbo. the B16 is already a reasonably high compression engine tho, so you wouldnt get as much of a percentage increase as you would adding turbo to a D series. Turbo D yo!

When you say your "building it", what do you mean? Are you asking if the stock B16 is "strong" enough for a turbo? (the answer would be "yes")
