just got a bike!!! check it out
nice bike, cool color scheme. Get some awesome gear, dress like a power ranger, and ride safe.
I wish i had an RR just so i could get the Yoshimura rs-5 slip-on in carbon fiber with a carbon fiber tip. Mmm, makes me feel all warm inside.

I'm pretty sure that tire is on properly. Nishant, on bikes the tread on the front tire actually flows in the opposite direction you are used to seeing on cars. That's how it is with my Pilot Powers and they are mounted properly.
Here is a pic of my front tire

I believe it's because the contact patch on the tire is smaller. When you're leaning you want to wick the water towards the center of the tire because that portion isn't actually touching the ground. If you wicked it towards the outside of the tire you'd likely 'cause a problem with the limited contact patch you have. The edges don't really matter while you're upright because they don't touch the pavement anyway.
