the skunk2 will for sure eat up the bc3+ in the top end... but the bc3+ will make more power in the midrange.. so u make your choice

ya, if you are drag queen, sk2 will set you up. if like auto-x or track. bc3+ will set you up.

skunk2 stage 2 NON pro series cams kicked the crap out of buddy club 4 cams.... i just let the numbers speak for themselves... go with skunk2 stage 1 Pro series cams... MEAN midrange power and great top end. Used them personally... so i can back it up. skunk2 = nice cams... buddy club... well... its your car

Skunk2 recomends having a CR of i think atleast 11:1 for the stage 2 cam. So i wouldnt waste my time on the stage 2 if ur going to slap it on a stock bottom end gsr.

A / Stage 1 are the same profiles..and larry's right..stick to a BCIII or stage 1 or type-a camshaft..u will over cam your motor, although some people have some good outcomes with overcamming, but they also have a LOT of great head work and good bolt ons...and great tuning..do some more research..

Im aware that I dont want to overcam, it's just I didn't know the specs on the cams to see if they were good for a stock motor

Must be your tuners lack of tuning ability, because they both have the same Vtec profile. Both cams copied Jun III Vtec profiles.

I've had the Skunk2s stage 1s in my car and the idle wasn't any different at all.
