it's a honda it's probably 75% chance it will work and if you get the seats it's probably going to be 100%

 

is the rsx rear almost the same size as the 92hatch? and i do have all the rear panels removed as well

We put them in a del sol.. and 3 of the 4 bolts lined right up. we just bent the other so it laid flat. the seats fit/looked great. the seating height was perfect. I cant speak for a hatch.. but since oem del sol seats and eg seats are interchangable.. id say the rsx seats would work just as good in a hatch as they did in our del sol.

False, the rails have to be removed.
