Default ITR Leaking oil below oil pump... Any help appreciated

My buddy just got an 00 itr from the auction. He bought another shell that had an ITR block in the trunk and peiced together a motor. He changed out the oil pump becuase his was all rusty. He put a used 20k mile ITR oil pump. The motor runs great but theres a pretty solid trip coming from the oil pan below the oil pump. He went to acura and got a brand new gasket and re-installed the oil pump using honda bond this time (used ultra grey last time becuase it was done on sunday and the dealer was closed)... Fired the car up and it still has the same leak.. Any suggestions?
