tornado exhuast
hey guys had a random idea
im sure everyone knows about the tornado, little piece that spins air into manifold.
just wondering if anyone has thought of some sort of tornado like piece that could go into an exhuast to force air out. dont know could be a bad idea and ruin a motor. or could be a great idea and give massive increases. just wonderingwhat people thought about it, or if has already been thought of

Borla has been making exhaust tips for years with cooling fins (albeit no vortexing effect like the Tornado) to cool and condense air which theoretically decreases baclpressure. With the reputation of that company, I'm sure the tips do what they say - the problem is that this results in basically zero gains when you have a high-flow exhaust already.
Along the same lines, using the correct diameter exhaust for a given setup will result in enough flow to support lots of horsepower on H22 or H23 Prelude motors. Trying to bump up velocity with a vortex generator just isn't necessary - thats why no one bothers with something like that.
