got the adjustable dampening kit w/ the 12/10 spring rate springs on the ek...NICE. couldn't have asked for better for the price.

Also combined with my ITR 22mm rear sway, omnipower lca's, ASR subframe brace, Si 26mm front sway, i feel like i'm on a rollercoaster

I have the non adjustable dampering sport coilovers 12/10k on my eg without any sway bars, I like the way they handle, have had it on the car for over a year now no problems..i would like to see how they handle with some sway bars also..They are not bouncey but stiff...

i have omni adjustable coilovers on my eg, 10k/8k. It handles very well. Ride is pretty stiff, but tolerable.

i have the omnipower street coilover set up. took me a while to get used to the stiffness but they do help the car handle very well. With front and rear sway bars and a good set of performance tires im sure these would hold its own. About the only thing id change is probably getting the adjustable dampers instaed of the non adjustables.
