Lowering Springs on stock struts?
I was just wondering what would happen if i did this , i really want to lower it not much but just a little because it looks like a 4x4 now and i cant stand it
and i cant afford new struts yet but i know someone that can sell me brand new springs with no sag at all for very cheap. I will be replacing the struts in about 4 months when i save up enough

you can have springs on stock shocks no problem....but they will blow out sooner than normal.
if its only gonna be a few months before you buy the shocks, just wait to do the install. itll be alot easier to do it all at once then the diassemble everything twice

how much sooner? are we talkin 4 months sooner? because i have the ability to buy these springs very soon. and hes got other buyers lined up
Buy the springs now and wait to install them until you can buy struts. Your car will ride like **** if you use lowering springs on oem struts. Just wait and do it right and do it once.
I agree..I made a mistake of being impatient..trust me its not worth it...buy the springs...save for struts...do it all at once..youll be happy with that trust me
i agree with buying the springs right now and save for struts and install it all at once. also its good b/c if you want to sell your car later in the future, you can put back on ur oem suspension.
