If something happens to the main relay will your car just not start AT ALL...My car has this problem where it dies. I can be going 40mph with the gas on and it will die or it can die at a stoplight when idle. No amount of time can determine when it will die either, it can be just backing out of the drive way or it can be 20 mins later. Is this the relay? or...

I'm not positive but I think relays don't usually go bad unless its hot out or they're really old. But make sure the problem is the relay because I thought it was too but it ended up being something in the ignition harness.

I have like 5 relays I took from the junkyard if any of you need one. $10 shipped

yeah, relays go bad if super old or super hot. mines bound to go pretty soon. mine's 13 years old and it sometime starts and dies. sometimes, if it doesnt want to start, just tap under your kick panel to give the relay a little wake up. then it shoud work. and if it gets worse, just get a new one from honda. they cost about $60.
