Im looking for a new but will take a used one if its in great shape( no shaft play, no cracks, no oil leaks, etc). This is going on a 99 civic hatch. He also prefers that the turbo kit is complete but will be okay if its missing parts like BOV, wastegate but nothing major. PM me with what you have if theres any local seller thatll be great.
