rpm Jumps around when idle *Searched*

i have a 95 ex coupe, and everytime i start it up and let it warm up i know the rpm jumps around 1000k - 1700k and i was wondering if you guys knew what would be causing that to happen? thanx in advance

you searched and didnt see if it was the IACV?

Idle Air Control Valve is your most likely problem....

throwing any codes?

when did the problem start?

when the car is warm does it still do this?

i've had that problem too recently, i took out the fitv and screwed the plastic white screw all the way in and all my idle problems were fixed.

Take off the throttle body and behind it there is a screw behind a brass cover tighten the screw. It vibrates loose and let's too much water flow threw which makes the rpm's go up and down.
