jdm civic SIr cd player install help!

So my friend and I are trying to install this into his 95 Civic Si
But there is no way in hell its plug and play.
Any help greatly appreciated as to what the hell we have to do to get this to work

the usdm units have the black cable, but no green plug

you need the green plug then you match up the wires. just out of curiousity why are you installing that deck?
