Low compression?

Low compression?
I did a compression test on my del sol (d16z6) and the readings I believe are low. I got #1-110, #2-120, #3-130, #4-125. How much are those under? Will those low of reading cause it not to start?

I think the minimum compression is like 138 psi.
That looks pretty darn bad. I would think it would have a hard time starting and run way low on power.
