Reinstalling A/C
I am in the market for a car and I ran across this one: http://www.craigslist.org/eby/car/158791842.html
Its a Civic EX with a USDM type R swap.
Its appealing to me but the major problem I have with it is that it doesn't have A/C. Is possible to reinstall the A/C back into the car? and how much work/money will that usually cost?

I had the same issue just bought a 92 VX shell and put a B20Z in there. Just find someone who is getting rid of thier AC that does not want to rape you on the price. I got lucky and was able to piece together the entire AC system for free
With a type R I assume you will have the same issue I did with the compressor mount. You will need either the Del Sol Si bracket (not the Del Sol Vtec.) or a CRV p54 bracket those are the two that will bolt to a B series block and still accept the civic AC compressor.
Other than that you need the lines, compressor, dryer, and condensor and then you should be good to go as long as the stuff under the dash is sitll there.
