For those of you who know how hard it is to get the oem 96-98 civic rear lip.....
I finally was able to find one. =]
I have a 99 civic coupe. I know that there is a full write up on how to install
the 96-98 rear lip on the 99 rear bumper.

1. Does anybody have or know where I may obtain this info?

2. Or am I better off buying a 96-98 rear bumper for my 99 civic coupe?

3. Visually, is the 96-98 rear the same as the 99-00 rear?
