yea i was at Eibach on sunday' and i notice there was a l0t of civic, integra, rsx, s2k, and other car. But what about the Lude? I seen s0me prelude there but not as much as to there family honda. Is prelude a redheaded step child? HAHA well i d0nt know wat it can be, but do u guys' think.

yea.. mahn.... I love that Mugen kit....

but yea.. from looking at the pixs from the eibach meet.. didn't see too many preludes... I dunno about other people.. but I like it when there are not too many preludes at meets.. kinda stands out on its own... but yea..

 

I'm also curious as to why the Prelude is not a very popular Honda platform among enthusiasts. Although it's quite attractive on the aesthetics side I must say, I believe the reason being is all about the weight factor and Preludes are heavier compared to the civic or integra.

Aside from that, this thing feels quick and handles soo damn good (my 4th gen). I feel over confident sometimes thinking I'm driving a FR car because it feels just like one. lol

 

^from yesterday, there was also that red one with the mugen kit too...

and the reason it's not popular is because of the lack of support compared to civic/integra, thus making the price of modification that much more popular. besides, they aren't that popular in japan to begin with

 

prelude are just like the fat chubby chicks that gets asked to the dance at the end.

actually preludes are pretty popular in japan it just that the population here change their cars every 2 years or so makes it seem that way.

ive only been here about a week and a half and the way the media or hearsay portrays the jdm image is completely off.

yea, i took the covers off right before the long drive home to san diego.

good luck with that ive only been able to find the wing the rest of the kit is nearly impossible unless you are willing to give up your legs, arms and both *********

I wish someone made a replica of that mugen front

 

i went to a honda-tech meet in the north east recently and there was only one prelude, an si with nothing done but boltons, and it needed to be washed.

my lude getting work done so i couldn't bring it, so there was only one lude there, and it didn't help the lude image.

i wanted to see more ludes and was disappointed with what i saw.
i think ludes are a lot more expensive than civic and integras, and most people just want to buy a cheap civic and turbo it. (but there's nothing wrong with that)

All people that like to "rice out " their cars dont like preludes. its always, "They are to heavy" " they are to big" wah wah wah. Thats why there are no preludes. Also, no point in me driving to the 909 to see a **** ton of civics and integras or S2K's. They dont really impress me anymore.

Now a CL65 or SL65 Or that Mclaren i got to check out was pretty ****** sweet.

if i weren't 2000 miles away from the eibach plant i probably would have went lol. and every time i see aries car it makes me want my mugen kit that i have in the shop being painted right now. why is it taking so long to paint my ****! lol to bad i have a 5th gen and those kits arn't as hard to get...but crazy expensive.
