i know on passwordjdm for my 89 civic si i was looking at $1100 shipped for everything. and most people dont answer your question they just like to be smart asses about everything they can but check hmotorsonline
labor=free if you D.I.Y.
it shouldn't be hard if you have a buddy helping you out. you only need basic socket set (10mm-14mm, maybe a couple more), probably a flat head and a phillips screwdriver, a handfull of butt connectors for the headlights (soldering would be preferable) and some wire cutter/strippers (maybe some extra wire too). it's pretty much self explantory when you have all the parts laid out. just remove the corresponding parts and replace and replace with your JDM ones. the only tricky part will be wiring the headlights, and even a guy like me who doesn't get along very well with electricity was able to do it.

passwordjdm.com has one for sale under the jdm honda parts>ef crx>used parts... its the whole fron clip... or hmotors sells just the lights,bumper,core support...
yeah you can do the conversion in an hour, the only wiring is a couple pigtail wires you can tack on your old headlight harness, takes 10 mins. password sells them but I see alot in classifeds all over the net, its alot to ship to ide go with password...but they do tax alot on their ****.
