OBD2 to OBD1 Conversion Harness Prewired for VTEC?
Im looking at the conversion harness right now along with the schematics of the obd1 connectors in order to wire my car for vtec...but i notice on the connectors for the conversion harness there are already wires in place with plugs for the vtec connections. Does anyone know if this is how it should be? and if i can just splice into those wires that already contain plugs on the connectors for vtec? If so this would save me the hassle of going to the junkyard and locating ecu plugs
why not use a adapter harness

lol did you read my post dude??? i have a conversion harness...what you just called an adapter harness...same thing...
no but i still must run wires from vtec solenoid knock sensor evap etc to the ecu...my car is a 98 ls...my question is since i have a wire and ecu plug in the harness...can i just splice into those wires
I got it now, forgot that the odb2 had more sensors.
The ecu should not need the emmision sensors. I have never converted this way, so my knowledge is limited.
should be ok to splice them though
