Hey guys, we're in the process of getting a batch of intake applications CARB approved, but we need some help from a nice Element owner. The Air Resource Board is requiring us to run an advanced emissions test on a 2004 Honda Element. Here are the specs of the vehicle we need:

2004 Honda Element
Automatic 2WD
2.4L LEV or LEVII, Engine code 4HNXV02.46BP
The vehicle must be COMPLETELY STOCK, have at least 4000 miles, and no stored DTC's

The testing will be done at Quantum Technologies' Emissions Laboratory in Lake Forest, CA. This will basically be a very thorough SMOG check. We will need the vehicle for 3 days total, during which you will be provided with a rental vehicle. You will also be provided with a free gift as well for your troubles. We will also perform a complete tune up on your vehicle. Everything is paid for, you just need to show up with your vehicle.

when you perform this test and do the tuneup your going to use honda parts right?
Also exactally what tests are you going to run?

 

Yes we will be using Honda parts. The independent faciltity will be performing an advanced Smog test. If you have the vehicle we are looking for please call me here at the office.
