best chain????

what is the best chain to get? bought one a month ago from Northland Motorsports
and now it's already trashed! they told me it was a cheap bad chain and now I need a new one!
I have a 94 Honda CBR600F2 it's a 525 chain what is the best brand/type?

I'm no chain connoisseur but I'd think that most the of the major brands are pretty much the same depending on what strength you want to go for and assuming you don't care much about weight.

If your sprockets are still new, then you can get away with buying only a chain. Otherwise, I highly recommend replacing both at the same time. Sprockets that are worn out will wear a new chain out faster than normal. Same applies to new sprockets and an old chain.
I haven't noticed a real difference in the longevity of my chain when using different a 530 or 520.

where'd you get your 520 kit? I have to change mine in a month or so
