..for a track car? My buddy is getting ready to sell his and is gonna dump it CHEAP. It`s built to road race and is hands down the sickest EG I have ever seen. Basically a Roger Foo copy (even the brakes) with a crvtec setup doin 210`ish, but tuned for midrange power. Show quality clean, too. I`ll post more info when he sets a price. Hybrid_EG (Ismar) can vouch for this car and anybody that has attended my dyno days. It`s the red eg on white volks..

Well if $5000 isnt even close I assume you are thinking its going to be more...which makes me wonder why "cheap" is in all caps.

Unless of course its well UNDER $5000.

 

Look at the specs on Roger Foo`s car (brakes, susp, cage, etc) and add a fully built crvtec w/ hondata, itr tranny, two sets of te-37`s, two sets of tires, sparco seats, takata harnesses, 6 point cage, cf hood, duckbill, etc etc etc. Plus, it`s as clean as a show car. Freaking stock EG`s go for 4k out here....

I know what it cost to build...just messin with ya man....calm down, it will be O_K

But why do all these people spend SO much money on their projects then sell them and lose money right off the bat...not saying I havent sold things and lost money, but when talking upwards of $10,000 and more...you would think you would be better off keeping it and using it...or else take the money and invest.

 

I'm sure when they are building the car, the last thing that they are thinking about is selling them.

 

So true, for West Coast ppl, cheap stands for $50,000-100,000. Anything above that is still in their ballpark.

 

Sounds badass. That's the setup I'd like on my hybrid.

Maybe he meant cheap as in, cheaper than the amount he put into the car. Why does it matter anyway? It's not like you're going to or thinking about buying it.
