no bumpstops
Never run less than 1 full inch of bump stop. They are an integral part of your suspension system. Without them, you will destroy your shocks, and possibly damage suspension arms and your chassis...

I don't quite understand your problem. First you say you want to cut/remove the bump stops, then you say you don't have them...
Please list all your suspension mods, what brands of parts you have (OEM & aftermarket), etc...

ok i took apart my suspension and it doesnt have bumpstops i have ebay coilovers which came with the car and stock shocks i just want the lowest setting and i have seen people cutting bumpstops
Well if your coil-over is set all the way down the sleeve, and your car doesn't look lowered at one end, then you probably have the springs on the wrong ends of the car.
And for god sakes man, get some bump-stops...

Are you sure. Sometimes they may have the same number of coils, but one pair may have thinner wire than the others. If that is the case, then the thinner ones should go in the rear.
If the wire is the same thinckness but there are a different number of coils, then the pair with fewer coils goes in the front.
If both pairs of springs are identicle, then you will have exactly the problem your describing. You can't do anything about it unless you buy new springs. Ebay coilovers are crap, so what do you expect...
