Default electircal issues

ok....finally got the DX running...it has been a long process but now it runs and drives great.....but whenever I put a fuse in the interior light sections it immediately blows up...so my cluster lights, fuel gauge, temp gauge, dash lights no worky....dummy lights on cluster work though.
any ideas

also when it is not in reverse the reverse lights are on and when it is in reverse the reverse lights are off kinda funky how do I fix those?

Youve got a short in the circuit causing the fuse to blow or you have to much amps flowing through the wire and fuse. If it is shorted it has to be shorting out to a wire that is hot at all times since it blows whenever you put a new one in. If I were you I would check all the interior light wires and connections and make sure they are all in good shape. Good luck
