from my opinion it looks like theres still room for the curves to rise, it doesnt look like the power pand is falling off any where torwards the end of the pull? Correct me if im wrong.

Tbone's motor is the only motor I've seen that the Pro 1's have made power past 8,500. He's got an extremely well flowing head and I'm sure that has allot to do with it. Just keep in mind that if you don't have a good set of ITB's, a 300+ cfm flowing head and a large tube header, your Pro 1's aren't gonna peak as hi as Tom's did.

I call mild bs on this. I have an lsvtec with stock bore, stock 16 head, pro 1 cams, jdm itr pistons, itr aem cai, sk2 im, bored out tb, vibrant j-spec 4-2-1 header to 2.5 inch mandrel custom exhaust with n1 muffler. Cam gears were set at zero and power was rising at 8800 rpms (209 whp). Never took it any higher though, may have had even more up top.

Yours is a 1.8L, Tbone's was a 2.0L. Tbone needs more air at the same rpm to continue to make power. So clean rice is correct, there are parts of Tbone's engine that let it flow well at those rpms.

Where do you think power will be made with Tbone's head/cams/ITBs on a B16?

You know what, I have a 99 si bottom end burried in my garage somewhere, it would be cool to slap my head, itbs and my big Smsp header on it and see's what happens
it would be even cooler too do it on a b16 b and spin it too 12k..lol

I'll keep my windows down and my ears perked up for the results.

i never had a graph printed out when i dynoed, just a printout listing the following:

rpm, whp, wtrq, a/f from start to end of wot. so feel free to call bs or whatever you please, but i am going to e-mail the dyno guy and see if he can e-mail me the graph and print out because i cant even find my print out (i know, so convenient). the dyno is about 45 minutes out of town and long-distance calling so if i get the graphs it will be posted in this thread

Preliminary results are o.k. Making about the same power as the Toda C's. I ran out of time on the dyno. Will have complete test results when I get more time.

ive dynoed prob 3 different setups with PRO1s, unless you have a big bottom end or a good head , they dont make power past 8500.

hell, on my 2.0L i maxxed the PRO3s out at 8800. head wouldnt support anymore power

What kind of power did you see with your Pro 3's?

237/159

On DONFs engine Dyno, i made power to 8900 and kept climbing, but we never revved it out.

back home on my DYNOJET, i never saw power over 8400-8500 UNTIL i put the TDF header on, then it made power to like 8800ish.

It was a VERY mild head that Don did
