Default GSR won't start Im STUMPED!

Edit: here is a video of what it sounds like
http://media.putfile.com/Integra-GSR-STRUGGLE

Also would the valves being out of spec cause the car not to start at all?

Earlier this month I did a fresh head rebuild w/:
OEM headgasket
CTR cams w/ ITR valvesprings
New valveseats
Skunk2 IM
ARP head studs

I put it all together and it just wouldn't start. It sounds like it wants to start and if I give it a little gas it sounds like it wants to start a little mroe but still wont

I have checked:
Battery
Spark Plugs + Wires
Fuel Injectors
Timing
all belts

My next step will be compression but I dont have a tester. Any ideas

P.S. Is there anyone around the pleasanton, dublin area that can help me w/o towing it to a mechanic.

I will do that but could a bad valve adjustment cause the car not to start?

the valves would have to be way out of adjustment (too tight), holding valves open when they should be closed.

check whether ur injectors are firing in order or not??? also check spark on the distributor then move forward
Timing needs to be checked first

When I put my motor together it wouldn't start because the valves were out of adjustment. I had just got the head back from the machine shop and none of the valves were even opening at all. Did a valve adj, and vroooooooom. Try it, it can't hurt.

ok. i have exactly the same problem here.
car sounds like just like yours and it will only start if i give enough gas

i have these other problem

-[ i can hold/pump the throttle to have my car running] (using my stock ECU)
- i can hold/pump the throttle to have my car running for few seconds and it dies out and the light in my ecu blinks as my PGM-FI relay(under the dash, fuse box) kicks in

i am not trying to hijack your thread but i really need help now too

so did you get your car to start/idle yet?

just enough so that the very next feeler gauge in size cannot fit.

I'm having the same problem... everything turns over but there is no cumbustion... many people have told me to check my timing and valve lash... and do a compression test before a valve adj.
