Default Disk Brake conversion

I want to convert my rear drum brake on my '96 Civic hatch to disc but i dont want to do the 5 lug conversion i want to use the disc brakes from a civic. so my question is what exactly do i need to buy then how do i do it?

Buy rear disks including trailing arms from a 90-01 Integra, 92-95 Civic EX/Si, Del Sol Si/VTEC, 99-00 Civic Si. Use ebrake cables from 99-00 Civic Si or 94-01 Integra. Use brake lines that come with the rear disks.
