Default Need some help with spring rates

I'm picking up a set of koni yellows/GC combo next week and I'm in need of some advice on spring rates.

My car will be mostly DD although I'm planning on doing a few autocrosses this summer. I hear alot of good reviews of the 400/500 setup although I don't want my car to be too loose on the streets, I need it to be predictable as I DD to and from work every day. Furthermore, I know I need a stiffer spring rate than the OTS GC's so that option is out the window. I'm thinking of going 400/350. This is my first big suspension purchase and some help from others who have purchased this setup in the past would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Also, here's a picture of the setup for those of you who only view threads w/ pics

I would recommend 400/400 for your app. I personally have 320/250 and that is a little too soft for my taste. (DD also)

GC rates are fine IMO.
