Accord won't start
So my mom was using the Honda Accord and I got a call saying it will no longer start. I get out to look at it today and am thinking the starter but not really sure so thought I'd ask you guys. They have eliminated the battery. I don't know if they tried to jump it or if they put another battery in it but they have apparently determined it isn't the battery.
Well when you turn the key on everything acts normal in the on position once you turn it to the start position where it usually cranks over it just kind of clicks and hums its like a hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm as long as you hold the key until you let off the key so it will go back to the on position. Does this sound like the starter or something else?
It's a 96 Honda Accord EX 4 Door Auto Transmission car with right over 200,000 miles.
