swapped ef alternator removal??
i cant get my alternator out of the car, i took off the mounting brackets that hold it and dont have enough clearance to get it out either up or down, anybody have the same problem, what will be the easiest way to get it out, so far all ive heard is that i have to remove the manifold, but dam...
YEA, 1 OF MY FRIENDS SAID TO UN BOLT AND MOVE THE MASTER CYLINDER,IV NEVER DONE IT LIKE THAT BUT HE SAID IT WAS "EASIER" CHECK IT OUT SEE WHAT HAPPENS
you can pull the axle which i did , and if you move the master leave the lines on just remove the 2 bolts from the brake booster you should be able to move it a couple inches then with the lines on, i have never done this to remove an alternator but its worth a try
