Ive just noticed a wierd noise coming from the dirvers side of my car, 98 civic ex. It only does it while i coast, its like a scraping noise, and i can feel a clunk clunk clunk while i hear the scraping, but if i step on the gas its gone, or if i step on the brakes its gone. Any indeas? Thank you

 

well i noticed last night after i was on my way home. Looked into actually after i posted and (good year) decided it was an option to tighten the lug nuts. None were tight. I took pictures and whatnot so come tomorrow morning there gunna have to explain this to me. But I actually tightened them and now its fine and a to me for not double checking some shotty 18 year olds work
