'94 mods

Hello,
I have a '94 Civic Ex. I did the small stuff like intake and exhaust. What other little mods can I do to increase hp?

I would suggest to just swap the motor. Or you can run nitrous or turbo. As for cheap... header and straight pipe for cat or high flow cat. Thats about it.
