Default Rear hub/bearing problem (yes i searched.)

i took my rear bearings off, one did not come off 100%, the inner piece of the bearing seems to be rusted onto the spindle. from searching someone said to grind it down and it will pop off, is this something my dremel tool could cut through? it doesnt look like it, how much does a grinder that could destroy that stupid thing cost? Also, someone said to use a MAP torch on it, is it really a MAPP torch and do i just need to heat it? how long should i heat it?

Please excuse my ignorance.

did you try just prying it off with a long screw driver of a pry bar? cutting is a good option but i don't thing a dremal would cut it, it gonna take a bit more. of ou could just use a torch like you said and heat the race (the thing thats stuck) and try that way. i don't see why a regular propane torch won't do the job.

ive been banging on it with a hammer, trying to pry it with a screw driver for hours, i think i'll try the heat first.
